1. Identity of the Platform and Contract

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Motorsports in Jo website, application, mobile interfaces, dashboards, event listings, accounts, communications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

“Operator,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the person or legal entity that owns and/or lawfully operates the Platform. “User,” “you,” and “your” mean any person who accesses, registers for, creates, views, publishes, administers, or otherwise uses the Platform.

The Platform is intended to function primarily as an information, discovery, registration, communication and community-management service. Unless an event listing expressly states otherwise, the Operator is not the organizer, promoter, venue, team, racing authority, payment recipient, ticket issuer, instructor, marshal, medical provider, insurer, employer, or contractor of any third-party event.

By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, accessing a protected area, creating an event, joining an event, communicating through the Platform, or otherwise using the Platform after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The community registration system is restricted to persons who are at least sixteen (16) years old on the date of registration. The date of birth supplied during registration must be accurate. A person who does not satisfy the minimum age requirement must not create or operate a community account.

The Operator may require reasonable age verification where necessary to protect the Platform, other users, event organizers, vendors or legal compliance. Providing false age information, using another person's identity, or bypassing age controls is a material breach.

The Operator does not represent that every event is appropriate for every age group. An event may have additional age, skill, venue, licensing, safety, insurance or participation requirements imposed by its organizer or venue.

3. Platform Structure

The Platform may display official/vendor-organized events, community-created events, virtual events, sim-racing events, karting events, watch parties and other motorsports-related activities. Categories, filters, titles, locations, platforms, race types, skill levels and other fields may be created, modified, removed or reorganized by the Operator.

  • Officially organized events may be submitted or managed by authorized vendors through protected vendor accounts.
  • Community events may be created by eligible registered users subject to the Platform's publishing rules and approval mechanisms.
  • The Platform may permit organizers to select predefined event titles, race categories, locations, virtual platforms and other structured fields.
  • Virtual events may occur on third-party software, games, platforms, servers or services that are not owned or controlled by the Operator.
  • The Platform may show event status such as pending, approved, joined, cancelled, full, completed or unavailable.

4. No Guarantee of Events, Availability or Accuracy

Event information is supplied by organizers, vendors or other third parties unless expressly identified as Operator-generated information. We do not warrant that event dates, times, locations, prices, capacity, game platforms, race formats, organizer identities, WhatsApp links, payment instructions, prize information, venue conditions or other event information will always be accurate, current, complete or available.

The Operator may correct, modify, suspend, postpone, reject, remove or cancel an event listing at any time, including where information appears inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, duplicated, abusive or inconsistent with Platform rules.

5. Third-Party Events and Independent Organizers

Community organizers and vendors act independently. Listing an event does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, sponsorship, agency relationship, partnership, employment relationship, franchise, representation or warranty by the Operator.

The Operator is not responsible for the conduct, negligence, omissions, statements, promises, pricing, refunds, cancellations, venue conditions, equipment, vehicles, facilities, employees, contractors, volunteers, participants or representatives of any event organizer or vendor, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute about an event should first be directed to the relevant organizer or vendor. The Operator may, but is not obligated to, assist with moderation, safety concerns, fraud reports or evidence preservation.

6. Motorsports and Inherent Risk

Motorsports-related activities can involve significant risks, including property damage, collisions, loss of control, equipment failure, road or track hazards, weather conditions, other participants, venue conditions and physical injury. Participation in any real-world activity is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk, subject to applicable law.

The Platform does not provide driving instruction, medical advice, safety certification, track inspection, vehicle inspection or professional risk assessment. Users must independently determine whether they are physically and technically prepared for an activity and must comply with venue rules, organizer instructions, applicable traffic laws, safety requirements and any required protective equipment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to encourage unsafe driving, racing on public roads, illegal street racing, reckless driving, or violation of venue or governmental requirements.

7. User Accounts and Security

  • You must provide truthful, current and complete registration information.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and authentication credentials.
  • You must not share an account where sharing could compromise security or accountability.
  • You must promptly notify the Operator of suspected unauthorized access.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to evade moderation, suspension or a ban.
  • You may not impersonate another person, organizer, vendor, venue, brand or official.
  • The Operator may require verification by email, mobile number, device, IP address or other reasonable security measures.

8. Community Event Creation

Eligible users may create community events using the fields made available by the Platform. The organizer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of the event information and for conducting the event lawfully.

  • The organizer must select an approved event title or other available structured title.
  • The organizer must accurately identify whether the event is virtual or physical.
  • For physical events, the organizer must select an approved location or, where permitted, provide a custom location that is not merely a map/link substitute.
  • For virtual events, the organizer must select the relevant gaming or racing platform where available.
  • The organizer must select the relevant race type, skill level and date/time.
  • The organizer must provide a valid WhatsApp group link where the Platform requires one.
  • The organizer must not publish illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, sexual, hateful, fraudulent or dangerous content.
  • The organizer is responsible for reviewing participant requests and approving or rejecting participants.

9. Participant Approval and Event Registration

A community event registration may initially appear as “Pending.” Pending status does not mean that participation has been accepted. The event creator controls participant approval subject to Platform rules.

Once approved, the Platform may make the relevant WhatsApp group access button available. The Operator does not control the WhatsApp group, its administrators, its members, its messages or its privacy practices.

A participant's registration information may be made available to the event organizer to the extent necessary to administer the event and in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. User Blocking, Reporting and Moderation

Users may be permitted to block other participants and select a reason. A block may restrict direct interaction or visibility within the Platform but may not necessarily prevent contact through external services, venues, games, social networks or WhatsApp.

Reports may be reviewed by the Operator. The Operator may take action including warnings, content removal, event removal, participant removal, account suspension, account termination, vendor suspension or referral to competent authorities where legally appropriate.

The Operator is not required to disclose confidential moderation methods, security signals, anti-abuse rules or investigative information where doing so could undermine safety, privacy, security or lawful investigations.

11. Prohibited Uses

  1. Using the Platform for unlawful activity or to facilitate unlawful activity.
  2. Creating events that promote illegal street racing, dangerous conduct, unlawful gatherings or evasion of authorities or venue rules.
  3. Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, payment fraud, phishing, scams or deceptive event listings.
  4. Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, blackmail or targeted abuse.
  5. Uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, scraping protected information, bypassing authentication or attacking Platform infrastructure.
  6. Using another person's personal information without a lawful basis or permission.
  7. Circumventing a ban through new accounts, devices, networks, false identities or other means.
  8. Publishing content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, personality or other lawful rights.
  9. Manipulating registrations, creating fake participants, artificially inflating event popularity or interfering with event capacity.
  10. Using the Platform to solicit or facilitate transactions that violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.

12. Event Payments, Prices and Refunds

Unless the Platform expressly states that it processes a payment, the Operator is not the seller or payment recipient for third-party events. A vendor or organizer is responsible for stating the price, payment method, cancellation rules, refund rules and any applicable taxes or fees.

The Operator does not guarantee a refund merely because an event is cancelled, changed or unsatisfactory unless the Operator itself received the payment and applicable law or the expressly stated refund policy requires otherwise.

Users must not send money to an organizer unless they have independently reviewed the organizer, event information, payment instructions and refund conditions. The Operator does not guarantee the identity or financial reliability of an event organizer.

13. WhatsApp and Other External Services

Links to WhatsApp, games, racing platforms, maps, payment services, social networks or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Operator has no control over their availability, content, moderation, security or data practices.

The Operator is not responsible for messages, files, calls, scams, harassment, links or other conduct occurring after a user leaves the Platform or enters a third-party service.

14. Vendor Accounts

Vendor accounts are created or authorized by the Master Account. Vendors must use the account only for legitimate event-management purposes. Vendor privileges may be limited by event quotas, locations, categories, dates, capacity or other controls.

The Operator may set, change, reduce, suspend or remove vendor event limits. Vendors must not share credentials, transfer their account, misrepresent authorization, or create events outside the scope of their authorization.

15. Master Account and Administrative Discretion

The Master Account is the administrative control layer for the Platform. The Operator may create or revoke vendor accounts, manage event limits, manage predefined locations and categories, review events, moderate accounts, suspend users, terminate accounts and implement security controls.

Administrative decisions may be based on reports, automated signals, technical logs, event history, account behavior, security information, repeated violations or other reasonable evidence. The Operator is not required to disclose confidential anti-abuse methods.

Where technically and legally appropriate, the Operator may retain security information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, authentication records and event logs to prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce bans and comply with lawful requests.

16. IP and Device-Based Enforcement

Where permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the purpose, the Operator may associate accounts with technical identifiers, including IP addresses, device/browser information, authentication events and security signals, for fraud prevention and enforcement.

No technical identifier is guaranteed to uniquely identify a person. Shared networks, dynamic IP addresses, VPNs, proxies, mobile networks and shared devices can result in false matches. The Operator may use reasonable additional information before imposing or maintaining a ban where appropriate.

Attempting to evade enforcement is itself prohibited and may result in additional restrictions.

17. Personal Data and Privacy

The Platform may process personal data such as name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, account credentials, event registrations, organizer information, moderation reports and technical/security information. Processing will be governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable Jordanian personal-data protection requirements.

The Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 is in force and applies to controllers and processors within its scope. The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship identifies the law and associated 2025 regulations/instructions as part of Jordan's data-protection framework.

The Operator will not rely on this Terms document as a substitute for a legally compliant privacy notice, consent mechanism, data-retention schedule, security program, data-subject request process or data-processing agreements where required.

Users should not publish another person's private information in an event listing, comment, group, report or other Platform feature unless there is a lawful basis and legitimate need.

18. Electronic Communications and Records

The Platform may communicate with users electronically, including by email, SMS, in-app notices and other electronic means. Users consent to receiving service-related communications necessary to operate accounts, events, security and moderation.

Electronic records, confirmations, logs, notices and acceptance records may be retained as evidence of transactions, consents and account activity to the extent permitted by applicable law. Jordan's Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015 provides the general legal framework recognizing electronic transactions and services delivered through electronic means.

19. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, interface, logos, original text, databases, branding, graphics and other Operator-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own, but by submitting content to the Platform, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, to the extent legally permissible, to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute within the Platform, moderate and technically process that content for Platform operation, promotion and security.

Users represent that they have the rights necessary to submit the content and that the submission does not violate another person's rights.

20. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that defects will be corrected, that communications will be delivered, that an event will occur as advertised, that an organizer will behave properly, or that participation in an event will be safe.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory Jordanian law.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR, ITS OWNER(S), DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, DEVELOPERS, MODERATORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY EVENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Operator shall not be responsible for injury, property damage, theft, fraud, cancellation, delay, organizer misconduct, participant misconduct, venue conditions, equipment failure, vehicle failure, weather, traffic, third-party services, game outages, communications failures or payment disputes, except to the extent liability is imposed by mandatory law.

Where a monetary cap is legally permissible, the aggregate contractual liability of the Operator arising from the Platform shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount actually paid by the claimant directly to the Operator for the specific Platform service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) JOD 100, unless a different mandatory statutory limit applies. This cap does not purport to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your event or participation; (c) your unlawful conduct; (d) your content; (e) your infringement of another person's rights; (f) your misuse of the Platform; or (g) disputes between you and another user, organizer, vendor or third party.

This clause does not require indemnification to the extent the claim results from the Operator's own liability that cannot legally be shifted.

23. Suspension and Termination

The Operator may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or event where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, moderation, repeated violations, inaccurate information, threats to users, platform integrity or other legitimate operational reasons.

The Operator may remove content without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Termination does not automatically create a refund or compensation entitlement unless required by law or an applicable written refund policy.

Sections concerning intellectual property, privacy, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall survive termination.

24. Changes to the Platform and Terms

The Operator may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, security, business practices or Platform features. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a change materially affects a right that cannot lawfully be modified by continued use alone, the Operator will use a legally appropriate method of obtaining the required consent.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be contractually displaced.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice describing the issue and requested remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a mandatory statutory right.

Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rules, disputes should be brought before the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and in the competent judicial forum determined under Jordanian procedural law.

26. Severability, No Waiver and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and event-specific rules, constitute the agreement governing Platform use, subject to mandatory law.

27. Contact and Legal Notices

The Operator publishes a dedicated legal contact address and, where required, a data-protection contact. Users may be required to send formal notices to the address designated on the Platform.

28. User Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms, that the information you supplied is accurate, that you satisfy the minimum age requirement, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and event-specific rules.
