User, Community & Vendor Usage Agreement

This User, Community & Vendor Usage Agreement (the “Usage Agreement”) establishes operational rules for community users, community event organizers, participants, vendors and other persons using the event-management functions of the Platform.

It supplements the Terms of Service. If the two documents conflict, the more specific provision applies to the specific activity, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

No role should be interpreted as creating a partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship or representation between the Operator and any user, organizer, vendor or venue unless a separate written agreement expressly creates such a relationship.

• Platform Operator: provides the software, event-discovery interface, account system and moderation tools.
• Master Account: the Operator's administrative account used to authorize vendors, configure limits, manage locations and categories, moderate accounts and administer the Platform.
• Vendor: an authorized third party that may publish officially organized events through a vendor account.
• Community Organizer: a registered user who creates a community event.
• Participant: a user who requests or receives approval to attend an event.
• Venue/Third-Party Service: any external place, game, platform, WhatsApp group, payment provider or other service involved in an event.

A community user must be at least sixteen (16) years old and must submit accurate registration information, including date of birth, email address, mobile number and password or other credentials required by the Platform.

A user must not register using a false identity, another person's email or mobile number, a fabricated date of birth, a disposable identity intended to evade accountability, or information belonging to another person without authorization.

The Operator may require additional verification where necessary to prevent fraud, protect users or comply with law.

Community event organizers receive a limited privilege, not an unconditional right, to publish events. Every event is subject to automated and/or human moderation.

• Use only titles made available through the Platform's approved title catalogue.
• Select the correct category: sim racing, karting, watch party or another category expressly enabled by the Platform.
• Identify whether the event is virtual.
• For virtual events, select the applicable racing/game platform from the available catalogue, such as GT7, iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Gran Turismo Sport, F1 or another officially supported platform.
• For sim racing, select the correct race type, such as GT3, F1, Endurance, Regular Sports Race, VR or another available classification.
• For physical events, select an approved location where possible.
• If custom-location functionality is enabled, provide a genuine textual location and do not substitute a map URL or link for the required location information.
• Select the appropriate skill level and provide accurate date/time information.
• Provide a valid WhatsApp group link where required.
• Do not publish an event until you have verified that the information is accurate and that you have authority to organize it.

The community organizer is solely responsible for planning, arranging, supervising and lawfully conducting the event. The Operator merely provides the digital infrastructure for publication and registration.

• Obtain any permission, venue approval, insurance, license, authorization or other requirement applicable to the event.
• Ensure the venue is suitable for the advertised activity.
• Communicate material changes or cancellation to registered participants.
• Handle participant questions and event-specific disputes.
• Verify any age, skill, equipment or venue requirements.
• Use lawful payment and refund practices if money is collected.
• Maintain appropriate participant records for event administration and comply with applicable privacy obligations.
• Ensure that any WhatsApp group is appropriately moderated and that its link is not used to facilitate unlawful or abusive activity.

The Platform may automatically populate event-registration information from the user's account. By requesting participation, the user authorizes the Operator to process and share the minimum information reasonably necessary to administer the registration with the relevant event organizer, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

For community events, the initial registration state may be “Pending.” The organizer may approve or reject the request. Approval does not constitute a warranty by the Operator that the event, organizer or venue is safe or suitable.

After approval, the Platform may replace or supplement the registration button with a “Join WhatsApp Group” action. WhatsApp participation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

1. Treat other participants, organizers, vendors and venue staff respectfully.
2. Do not threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, extort or target another person.
3. Do not share another participant's phone number, email, address, identity documents, private messages or other personal information without lawful authority.
4. Do not deliberately disrupt an event, falsify attendance or register under another person's account.
5. Do not use event information to commit theft, fraud, harassment or other unlawful conduct.
6. Follow the organizer's reasonable instructions and all venue/game/platform rules.
7. Do not engage in illegal street racing or use the Platform to arrange unlawful racing activity.
8. Report serious safety, fraud, harassment or security concerns promptly.

Where the Platform provides blocking, a user may block another participant and select an available reason. Blocking is a Platform-level feature and does not create a legal restraining order or guarantee that the blocked person cannot encounter the user at a physical venue or through third-party services.

Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false reports to punish another person, manipulate moderation or obtain an unfair advantage may itself constitute a violation.

The Operator may preserve relevant records, restrict accounts, remove events or cooperate with competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct.

Vendor accounts are not self-service community accounts. A vendor must receive authorization from the Master Account or another person expressly authorized by the Operator.

• Vendor credentials are confidential and may be used only by authorized personnel.
• The vendor must provide truthful business and contact information requested during onboarding.
• The vendor must not represent itself as the Operator or as a government, federation, official racing authority or venue unless it is legally entitled to do so.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and its agreements with venues, participants and payment providers.
• The vendor is responsible for the accuracy of its event listings.

The Master Account may impose an event-creation limit on each vendor. The limit is a Platform permission and may be changed at any time for operational, security, commercial or moderation reasons.

The Operator may disable event creation, reduce a vendor's quota, remove events or suspend a vendor account where the vendor violates this Agreement, creates misleading events, exceeds authorized limits, receives credible complaints, or presents security, legal or reputational risk.

Vendors must not attempt to bypass quotas through duplicate accounts, shared credentials, automated requests or other technical means.

Vendor event listings may include date, time, location, price, payment method, capacity, event description, participation conditions and other details. The vendor is responsible for each field it supplies.

A vendor must not state or imply that the Operator guarantees the event, the venue, the organizer, the safety of participants, the outcome of a competition or the availability of any prize unless the Operator has expressly approved that statement in writing.

If a vendor changes an event materially, it should promptly update the listing and communicate the change to affected participants.

Where the Platform provides participant export functionality, the vendor may access or export only the information it is authorized to access and only for legitimate event-administration purposes.

Exported information must be stored securely and must not be sold, publicly posted, repurposed for unrelated marketing, transferred to unauthorized persons, or retained indefinitely.

A vendor receiving personal data may have its own obligations as a controller or processor under Jordanian law depending on the circumstances. The Platform does not automatically assume the vendor's legal responsibilities.

The Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 defines personal data broadly and establishes a framework for processing, consent, data-subject rights and security.

To protect the Platform, the Operator may collect and process technical information such as IP address, device/browser characteristics, login events, security events and account relationships, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

This information may be used for authentication, fraud prevention, abuse detection, account recovery, security investigations, enforcement and lawful cooperation with authorities.

The Operator may impose an IP/device/network restriction following a serious or repeated violation.

Because technical identifiers are imperfect, the Operator may use additional signals and may change or remove restrictions when appropriate.

A person whose account has been suspended or banned must not create or use another account to evade the restriction. This includes using another person's account, credentials, phone number, email address, device or network for the purpose of evasion.

The Operator may suspend related accounts where reasonable evidence indicates coordinated evasion.

The Operator does not guarantee that an enforcement system will detect every attempt or prevent every person from accessing public portions of the Platform.

The Platform is not a substitute for safety management. Organizers must comply with applicable venue requirements, traffic rules, permits, insurance obligations and safety procedures.

Users must not interpret an event's appearance on the Platform as evidence that the Operator has inspected the venue, vehicle, kart, equipment, track, driver, organizer or safety arrangements.

No user may use the Platform to organize or encourage racing on public roads or other unlawful or unsafe locations.

Virtual events may depend on third-party games, servers, consoles, PCs, internet connections, accounts, subscriptions, DLC, licenses or online services. The Operator does not guarantee compatibility or availability.

Users must comply with the relevant game's terms, community rules and licensing conditions. The Platform does not grant a license to use third-party game trademarks, copyrighted content or services.

The event organizer is responsible for the WhatsApp group it creates or administers. The Operator does not monitor every message in external groups and is not responsible for third-party communications.

Users should avoid posting sensitive personal information in group chats. A user who experiences harassment or unlawful conduct should use the available reporting tools and, where appropriate, contact the relevant service provider or competent authority.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Operator does not act as the merchant of record for vendor or community events. The vendor/organizer is responsible for payment instructions, receipts, refunds, cancellation policies, taxes and consumer obligations applicable to its transaction.

The Operator is not a bank, payment processor or escrow service merely because an event listing contains a price or payment method.

No user should rely on a Platform listing alone as proof that a payment request is legitimate. Users should verify the organizer and payment details before transferring money.

The Operator is not a general dispute-resolution service for private disagreements. Users should first attempt to resolve ordinary event disputes directly with the organizer or vendor.

The Operator may intervene where a dispute involves suspected fraud, harassment, security threats, unlawful conduct, serious safety concerns or violations of Platform rules.

The Operator may provide records or information to competent authorities where required by law or where a lawful request is received.

The Operator may remove, hide, edit, restrict or refuse content that violates this Agreement, the Terms of Service, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, safety requirements or Platform standards.

Moderation may be performed through automated tools, human review or a combination of both. The Operator may prioritize content based on severity, credible reports, legal obligations and available resources.

The Operator does not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected before publication.

Users and vendors must have permission to use logos, photographs, trademarks, music, game screenshots, venue names, team names and other protected material included in event listings.

A listing may be removed if the Operator reasonably believes it infringes another person's rights. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

Submitting content gives the Operator the limited operational license described in the Terms of Service.

Security researchers who discover a vulnerability should report it through the Platform's designated security contact rather than exploiting the vulnerability.

1. Do not probe, scan or test Platform systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
2. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, event limits or administrative controls.
3. Do not deploy malware, malicious scripts, credential theft tools or destructive code.
4. Do not scrape protected personal information or participant databases.
5. Do not interfere with another user's account or session.
6. Do not conduct denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activity.
7. Do not reverse engineer the Platform except to the extent a mandatory legal right cannot be excluded.

All users and vendors must comply with applicable Jordanian legislation and lawful orders, including requirements relating to electronic transactions, personal data, cybercrime, telecommunications, consumer protection, intellectual property, public safety, traffic and venue operations, as applicable to their activities.

Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship identifies the Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015 and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 among relevant digital legal frameworks; the Ministry of Justice maintains the current national legislation portal.

Where legislation is amended, replaced or supplemented by regulations or instructions, users remain responsible for complying with the law applicable to their conduct.

Publication on the Platform does not mean the Operator has approved the organizer, vendor, venue, driver, vehicle, team, event quality or safety. A vendor's presence in the official-events area reflects account authorization for Platform publishing and does not itself constitute a government, federation or professional certification.

To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, each participant acknowledges that participation in real-world motorsports activities is voluntary and may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated. The participant accepts responsibility for deciding whether to participate and for following applicable safety requirements. Nothing in this section purports to release liability that Jordanian mandatory law does not permit to be released, including any non-waivable statutory protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each organizer and vendor agrees to indemnify the Operator against third-party claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from that organizer's or vendor's event, content, payment practices, breach of law, infringement, negligence, unauthorized representations, participant management or breach of this Agreement. This provision is not intended to transfer liability that cannot legally be transferred.

• Reject or remove an event before or after publication.
• Require correction of event information.
• Suspend participant registration.
• Remove a participant from an event where justified by Platform rules.
• Suspend or terminate community accounts.
• Suspend or terminate vendor access.
• Reduce vendor event quotas.
• Restrict IP/device/network access where lawful and proportionate.
• Preserve relevant logs or content for security, legal compliance or investigation.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

The Operator may choose the appropriate moderation or administrative response based on the facts available at the time. A warning, temporary restriction, permanent ban, content removal or no action in one case does not create a right to receive the same outcome in another case. The Operator may correct moderation errors where identified, but does not guarantee an appeal outcome or a particular response time unless required by law or expressly promised.

Account and event information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, financial/accounting requirements, enforcement and legitimate operational needs, subject to applicable law. Deletion of an account may not immediately erase information that the Operator is legally required or legitimately permitted to retain, including security logs, transaction records, fraud-prevention records or records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where the Operator becomes aware of credible information concerning serious threats, suspected criminal conduct, significant safety risks, data-security incidents or other matters requiring urgent attention, it may take immediate protective measures and, where legally required or appropriate, cooperate with competent authorities. The Operator does not undertake a general duty to monitor all events or predict every risk.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, medical, insurance, financial, driving, mechanical, engineering or professional safety advice. Users should obtain qualified professional advice where necessary.

The Operator may revise this Agreement to address new features, event categories, legal requirements, security measures or operational practices. The effective version is displayed on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permissible.

This Agreement is intended to be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to mandatory law. Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rules, disputes should be submitted to the competent courts of Jordan. Before formal proceedings, a party should ordinarily provide written notice of the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, except where urgent relief or mandatory legal procedures apply.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, prohibited conduct, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and enforcement survive termination where their nature requires survival.

• An affirmative, unticked checkbox is required for acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Usage Agreement.
• The exact version accepted and the acceptance timestamp are stored.
• A clear Privacy Policy is kept separate from the Terms.
• A separate data-processing consent/notice is provided where legally required.
• An auditable event history shows creation, edits, approval, cancellation and moderation actions.
• Vendor permissions and event quotas are enforced server-side; frontend restrictions alone are never relied upon.
• Exported participant data is protected with access controls.
• Secure authentication and 2FA are used for the Master Account.
• An internal process exists for data-subject requests, security incidents and lawful authority requests.
• A clear support/legal contact is published.
• The Platform is not advertised as an insurer, racing authority, safety certifier or government-approved service.

By registering, publishing an event, joining an event, using a vendor account, or otherwise using event-management functionality, the relevant user or vendor confirms that they have read and agreed to this Usage Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any event-specific rules presented to them.
